BaccaPilot processes only the information reasonably required to provide software access, licensing, payment confirmation, technical support and security.
This may include customer email address, order and payment status metadata, license identifiers, device identifiers, support messages and basic technical information required to operate the licensing system.
Payment information is processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. BaccaPilot does not store full card details.
Information is used to activate and manage licenses, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain service security and meet applicable legal obligations.
